1. To get started, just send us a quick message on WhatsApp (083-847-5823) with the necessary order details, such as

   • Your Name

   • Medication that you require

   • Delivery Address

   • A clear photo of your Prescription (if applicable)

   • Medical Aid details (if applicable)

2. A member of the Vaids Pharmacy team will confirm your order as well as the total cost and estimated delivery time.

3. If you would like to proceed with the order, please confirm your preferred payment method. Vaids Pharmacy accepts all major medical aids as well as cash on delivery (COD) payments. For COD orders, our drivers accept cash payments and will soon carry card machines.

FAQs

Do you offer Free Same-Day Delivery?

• Yes! Delivery is free for all orders over R200, that fall within our delivery zone (see below).

• Same-day delivery (stock dependent) is available if you place your order before the daily delivery cut-off time (2:30pm).

• For orders below R200, a delivery fee may be applied.

Outside our delivery area?
We may not be able to deliver to you if you fall outside the green zone. Please contact us via WhatsApp to inquire about delivery availability.
We are working on a courier solution to facilitate all orders, so stay tuned!

Can I order without a prescription?

• Many medications, known as over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, can be ordered without a prescription.

• However, certain medications do require a prescription by law.

  • If you do not have a prescription, our team will let you know if the medication can be provided and, if necessary, provide information on how to obtain a prescription.

How do I pay for my order?

• Vaids Pharmacy accepts medical aid and COD payments.

• Our drivers make it convenient for you to pay for COD orders.

  • We accept cash and (soon) card payments upon delivery.

Can I order medication for someone else?

• Yes, you can place an order for medication on behalf of someone else.

• However, we will need the name, medical aid and contact information of the person for whom the medication is intended, as well as a prescription if required.

Can I collect the order myself?

• Yes, you're most welcome to come through and collect your order yourself.

• Arrange with staff over WhatsApp to have the order packed and ready for collection.

• We can also arrange curbside pickup for orders going through medical aid or paid via EFT.
